Nerd Night

I wish I had photos of this night but I don't:( They young women in my ward are so amazing and love mutual...or so they've said once. I love it too and it makes me so happy that they participate. We had a daddy-daughter nerd night this month. All the girls and their dads dressed up like nerds. We had so many nerdy activities. Here are the activities we did together:

-The close shave: The girls were blindfolded as they shaved their dad's face with cool whip and a popsicle stick.

-Hair dressers: The dad's used combs and hair ties to give their daughter the nerdiest hair-do.

-Brain teasers: We gave the dads and girls nerdy riddles and math problems to test their brain power.

-Tie tying contest: The dad's taught the girls how to tie a tie then we had a race for the quickest tied tie.

-Fabulous feet: The girls stuck their feet under a sheet and the dads had to identify their daughter's feet.

-Noses: Dad's stuck their noses through a sheet and daughters identified their dad's nose.

We had a pudding bar for dessert and handed out cool dollar store prizes. We had nerds, smarties, glasses and brain bender games. It was so much fun. I couldn't believe how incredibly nerdy every dressed. It was such a blast!
